a. Recognition of State Privacy Laws.

clikbrik recognizes that states in the United States, such as California, Virginia, and Colorado, have general privacy laws that apply to larger-scale businesses. While clikbrik is not of a size or scale to require that it comply with these laws, we recognize that data privacy is important to our customers and other individuals and that these laws require businesses to allow individuals to exercise choices regarding the use, disclosure, and continued retention of personal information. clikbrik has voluntarily adopted procedures to allow individuals to exercise choices of the kind required by the state laws mentioned above. These choices appear in the next section.

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

9. Notice to California Residents Regarding “Do Not Track” Settings.

California law requires online service providers for consumers to disclose in their privacy policies how they respond to “do not track” signals – settings in browser software requesting that websites not track users’ activities. There is no standard that governs what, if anything, websites should do when they receive these signals. Therefore, clikbrik does not currently take action in response to these browser settings. If and when our industry establishes standard ways for responding to these signals, we will revisit our policy on responding to these signals.

We will promptly investigate and respond to your communications about a complaint. You may have other rights under law and the right to contact the privacy regulator in your jurisdiction about your complaint.
